Silliness abounds...

...in our household. I guess the presence of a 10-month-old (today, can you believe it?) will do that. I'm working on a deadline crunch, so I don't have much time to editorialize, but I wanted to share some photos.

Example #1 of silliness: Fun with the camera and the mirror

Example #2 of silliness:

We have a mealtime ritual. After the solid food meal is complete, there is much need for cleanup, as you can see.

So Mommy goes and gets a nice warm washcloth. After doing her best to wipe off an extremely wiggly and resistant baby, the real fun begins.

Where's Aria?

There she is!

That cycle repeats itself many, many times, with much giggling and panting. It is disturbed only by restful bouts of washcloth eating.

(Aside: Will you check out that hair?)

When the camera comes out, there's lots more fun.

The sideways head thing is new and (we think) particularly adorable.

Enough of this silliness!

Here are some more goodies to share:

One of Aria's very favorite vantage points is from way up high on Daddy's shoulder.

Uncle Beastie and Aubrie came to visit and we went for a walk. On the way home, Ethan got to carry the sweet and tired baby. These next two photos were taken using a camera phone. How Sci-Fi are we?

Were we recently mentioning hair?

Here's a sweet and tired baby so comfy on Daddy's shoulder.

On Easter, Nana came down and the four of us went to a park. Here Aria discovers the wonders of grass.

And I just like this picture of Nana and Aria playing so intently together.

And this one... Well, how could I not include this one?

That's the photojournal for now.
